It gives the room more character without taking over the whole space. I would choose the same fitting again.

We use it most evenings because the light feels warm and comfortable. The rose pattern looks especially good once the glass is lit. The packaging takes patience to remove, but it protects the glass well.

It sits neatly above the breakfast table and gives the room a softer evening light. The solder lines look tidy and the glass pieces sit neatly together. It is slightly heavier than I expected, which also makes it feel solid.

The classic shape looks richer when lit.
