The vintage shape suits the room better than a plain modern fitting. The colours look especially good after dark.

It arrived in good condition and looked close to the photos. I chose this design for the rose pattern, and in person it feels more detailed than the product photos.

It gives a warm pool of light instead of a sharp white glare. The 10-inch shade is a good scale for our table and does not crowd the surface.

Lovely once fitted

The box looked large, although the lamp inside was packed securely. In person, the European-style shape feels characterful rather than overly formal or old-fashioned. The three bulbs give useful light across the room while the coloured glass keeps it soft. The glass and metalwork look tidy when viewed up close.
