Looks even better lit

It throws useful light over the chair without lighting the whole room too strongly. It has become the main light we use when relaxing in that part of the room.

Lovely once fitted

I am enjoying the solid feel at home.

The lamp arrived carefully packed, with every glass section intact. I checked the measurements beforehand, and the 8-inch size sits comfortably beside the other furniture. We chose it for the bedroom, where the warmer glass light feels more comfortable in the evening.

It arrived in good condition and looked close to the photos. The 8-inch shade is a good scale for our table and does not crowd the surface. In person, the European-style shape feels characterful rather than overly formal or old-fashioned. The glass and metalwork look tidy when viewed up close.

Against the wall, the warm light makes the room feel more relaxed. Worth choosing.
