The lamp arrived carefully packed, with every glass section intact. The bronze finish is darker and softer than bright metal, which suits the coloured glass well. The 10-inch shade is a good scale for our table and does not crowd the surface.

Just right for the room

Unpacking took a little time, but the lamp was very well protected. In person, the Baroque shape feels characterful rather than overly formal or old-fashioned. We measured the space first, and the 22-inch shade leaves comfortable room around the table.

Absolutely love the solid feel during the day.

Looks lovely on the bedside table in person.

Gives useful task light for evening work.
