Really pleased

The box looked large, although the lamp inside was packed securely. The grape details are much clearer when the glass is lit, but they do not look busy from across the room. The glass and metalwork look tidy when viewed up close.

After unpacking, the classic style looks natural rather than old-fashioned.

Lovely once fitted

It gives a warm pool of light instead of a sharp white glare. I chose this design for the rose pattern, and in person it feels more detailed than the product photos.

The box looked large, although the lamp inside was packed securely. We measured the space first, and the 18-inch shade leaves comfortable room around the table. Finding suitable E26 bulbs was straightforward, and warm white ones suit the glass best in our room.

The lamp arrived carefully packed, with every glass section intact. I checked the measurements beforehand, and the 20-inch size sits comfortably beside the other furniture. In person, the European-style shape feels characterful rather than overly formal or old-fashioned. The lamp has settled into the space more naturally than expected.
