Unpacking took a little time, but the lamp was very well protected. The dragonfly and rose details are much clearer when the glass is lit, but they do not look busy from across the room. Nothing about the design feels too showy in the room.

Near the seating area, the colours come through clearly without looking harsh. It suits us well.

Looks even better lit

Unpacking took a little time, but the lamp was very well protected. We measured the space first, and the 7-inch shade leaves comfortable room around the table. In person, the European-style shape feels characterful rather than overly formal or old-fashioned.

Lovely once fitted

In the evening, the solder lines look neat and carefully finished. It suits us well.

Looks even better lit

It gives a useful pool of light without filling the whole room with glare. The lamp looks decorative during the day and is genuinely useful at night.
