Just right for the room

It arrived in good condition and looked close to the photos. The blue glass looks fairly muted in daylight and much warmer once the lamp is switched on. I am pleased that the colours look warm rather than overly bright.

Worth the wait

Unpacking took a little time, but the lamp was very well protected. In person, the European-style shape feels characterful rather than overly formal or old-fashioned. The 8-inch size matches the space more closely than I expected from the photos.

During dinner, the warm light makes the room feel more relaxed.

The lamp arrived carefully packed, with every glass section intact. I checked the measurements beforehand, and the 16-inch size sits comfortably beside the other furniture. We chose it for the study, where the warmer glass light feels more comfortable in the evening.

The rose pattern looks especially good once the glass is lit. The 8-inch shade is a good scale for our table and does not crowd the surface.
