Worth the wait

The box looked large, although the lamp inside was packed securely. In person, the Baroque shape feels characterful rather than overly formal or old-fashioned. The 7-inch size matches the space more closely than I expected from the photos. It looks as good as I hoped and we use it often.

Above the kitchen table, the vintage shape suits our furniture surprisingly well. Just what we wanted.

From the armchair, the glass has more depth than the photos showed.

Easy to switch on for reading after dark.

It arrived in good condition and looked close to the photos. The bronze finish is darker and softer than bright metal, which suits the coloured glass well.
