The shade sits level and the fitting feels secure. The pendant looks neat from every side and the scale feels right.

It is slightly heavier than I expected, which also makes it feel solid. The metal base feels steady in daily use and gives the glass shade enough support without looking bulky.

The box looked large, although the lamp inside was packed securely. In person, the pastoral shape feels characterful rather than overly formal or old-fashioned.
