During dinner, the finished lamp feels balanced in the space. Just what we wanted.

The box looked large, although the lamp inside was packed securely. Finding suitable E26 bulbs was straightforward, and warm white ones suit the glass best in our room. We measured the space first, and the 20-inch shade leaves comfortable room around the table.

Beautiful glass

I really like the light it gives.

It gives a warm pool of light instead of a sharp white glare. The three bulbs give useful light across the room while the coloured glass keeps it soft.

Looks even better lit

Gives a lovely glow after dark right away.
