Very impressed by the 8-inch proportions.

Lovely once fitted

The box looked large, although the lamp inside was packed securely. The rose and cat details are much clearer when the glass is lit, but they do not look busy from across the room. It looks as good as I hoped and we use it often.

The box looked large, although the lamp inside was packed securely. Finding suitable E26 bulbs was straightforward, and warm white ones suit the glass best in our room. The 18-inch shade is large enough to give presence without making the corner feel crowded.

Once switched on, the vintage shape suits our furniture surprisingly well. No regrets here.

With warm bulbs, the pattern adds detail without taking over the room. It suits us well.
