In daylight, the light feels cosy without making the room dim. Just what we wanted.

The glass section arrived intact and was protected properly. The proportions suit the space and the fitting does not dominate the ceiling.

Unpacking took a little time, but the lamp was very well protected. The 8-inch size matches the space more closely than I expected from the photos. Finding suitable E26 bulbs was straightforward, and warm white ones suit the glass best in our room.
