Worth the wait

During dinner, the stained glass looks warmer than it did in the box. Just what we wanted.

It gives a warm pool of light instead of a sharp white glare. The nine bulbs give useful light across the room while the coloured glass keeps it soft.

Looks even better lit

Honestly love how it looks in place.

Everything was protected properly and the glass arrived without damage. The peacock details are much clearer when the glass is lit, but they do not look busy from across the room. The lamp has settled into the space more naturally than expected.

The shade needed a small adjustment before it sat completely straight. I chose this design for the lotus pattern, and in person it feels more detailed than the product photos.
