The proportions look right with the table and the surrounding furniture. I still enjoy using it regularly. The colours look especially good after dark.

The grape detail gives the lamp character without feeling too ornate. Finding suitable E26 bulbs was straightforward, and warm white ones suit the glass best in our room.

Worth the wait

The box looked large, although the lamp inside was packed securely. The dragonfly details are much clearer when the glass is lit, but they do not look busy from across the room. It does not look out of place with the rest of the room.

The fitting sits level and feels secure. It gives practical everyday light while still looking decorative. The workmanship looks tidy around the glass.
