Everything was protected properly and the glass arrived without damage. We chose it for the study, where the warmer glass light feels more comfortable in the evening. The 12-inch shade is a good scale for our table and does not crowd the surface.

Beautiful glass

We absolutely love the proportions when lit.

Looks right at home after dark at night.

It gives a warm pool of light instead of a sharp white glare. In person, the vintage shape feels characterful rather than overly formal or old-fashioned.

The lamp arrived carefully packed, with every glass section intact. The red glass looks fairly muted in daylight and much warmer once the lamp is switched on. Nothing about the design feels too showy in the room.
