It arrived in good condition and looked close to the photos. The European-style design works with our existing furniture without making the room feel themed. I checked the measurements beforehand, and the 10-inch size sits comfortably beside the other furniture. Nothing about the design feels too showy in the room.

The colours are softer in daylight and much warmer in the evening. The 10-inch size feels balanced over the table rather than looking lost or oversized.

Worth the wait

The shade needed a small adjustment before it sat completely straight. The peacock details are much clearer when the glass is lit, but they do not look busy from across the room.

Beside the sofa, the lamp feels solid and looks properly made. A good choice.
