The box looked large, although the lamp inside was packed securely. The 16-inch shade is large enough to give presence without making the corner feel crowded. In person, the European-style shape feels characterful rather than overly formal or old-fashioned.

Beautiful glass

This wall light replaced an old fitting that looked too bulky for the room. The stained-glass colours look especially good once the light is on. It has worked out exactly as hoped.

Everything was protected properly and the glass arrived without damage. Finding suitable E26 bulbs was straightforward, and warm white ones suit the glass best in our room. I checked the measurements beforehand, and the 12-inch size sits comfortably beside the other furniture.
