The colours are softer in daylight and much warmer in the evening. The 18-inch shade is large enough to give presence without making the corner feel crowded.

We compared several fittings before choosing this chandelier for the centre of the room. Our electrician had no problem connecting the fitting to the existing ceiling point.

The lamp arrived carefully packed, with every glass section intact. The butterfly details are much clearer when the glass is lit, but they do not look busy from across the room. The lamp has settled into the space more naturally than expected.
