The shade needed a small adjustment before it sat completely straight. The grape details are much clearer when the glass is lit, but they do not look busy from across the room.

Lovely once fitted

Unpacking took a little time, but the lamp was very well protected. I chose this design for the rose and cat pattern, and in person it feels more detailed than the product photos. Nothing about the design feels too showy in the room.

Unpacking took a little time, but the lamp was very well protected. In person, the European-style shape feels characterful rather than overly formal or old-fashioned. The one bulbs give useful light across the room while the coloured glass keeps it soft.

Looks even better lit

With warm bulbs, the lamp feels solid and looks properly made. A good choice.
