I keep noticing the 12-inch proportions at home.

The box looked large, although the lamp inside was packed securely. The rose details are much clearer when the glass is lit, but they do not look busy from across the room. The lamp has settled into the space more naturally than expected.

On the bedside table, the glass has more depth than the photos showed.

Really pleased

Unpacking took a little time, but the lamp was very well protected. In person, the pastoral shape feels characterful rather than overly formal or old-fashioned. We measured the space first, and the 12-inch shade leaves comfortable room around the table. Nothing about the design feels too showy in the room.

The rose pattern looks especially good once the glass is lit. Finding suitable E26 bulbs was straightforward, and warm white ones suit the glass best in our room.
