Worth the wait

The box looked large, although the lamp inside was packed securely. The peacock details are much clearer when the glass is lit, but they do not look busy from across the room. The glass and metalwork look tidy when viewed up close.

The biggest practical benefit is the character it adds without feeling too ornate and it is the reason.

Unpacking felt fiddly, but the room looks better.

Worth the wait

Unpacking took a little time, but the lamp was very well protected. The 8-inch size matches the space more closely than I expected from the photos. It looks as good as I hoped and we use it often.

Suits the room beautifully after dark at night.
