Worth the wait

Warm bulbs bring out the glass colours without making them harsh. In person, the European-style shape feels characterful rather than overly formal or old-fashioned.

Looks even better lit

The lamp looks decorative during the day and is genuinely useful at night. It has worked out exactly as hoped.

The glass has small variations that make it feel handmade rather than printed. The 12-inch shade is a good scale for our table and does not crowd the surface.

Below the shade, the glass has more depth than the photos showed. Just what we wanted.
