Unpacking took a little time, but the lamp was very well protected. The 7-inch shade is a good scale for our table and does not crowd the surface.

Over the breakfast table, the colours come through clearly without looking harsh. A good choice.

From the doorway, the lamp feels solid and looks properly made. Just what we wanted.

The packaging takes patience to remove, but it protects the glass well. In person, the European-style shape feels characterful rather than overly formal or old-fashioned.
