The box looked large, although the lamp inside was packed securely. The bronze finish is darker and softer than bright metal, which suits the coloured glass well. The 12-inch shade is a good scale for our table and does not crowd the surface.

Worth the wait

I wanted a floor lamp that looked good even when it was switched off. Assembly was straightforward and the finished lamp does not feel flimsy. I still enjoy using it regularly.

The lamp arrived carefully packed, with every glass section intact. Finding suitable E26 bulbs was straightforward, and warm white ones suit the glass best in our room. We measured the space first, and the 20-inch shade leaves comfortable room around the table.

Everything was protected properly and the glass arrived without damage. I chose this design for the rose pattern, and in person it feels more detailed than the product photos. It looks as good as I hoped and we use it often.
