It gives a warm pool of light instead of a sharp white glare. I was unsure about the green colours online, but together they look softer and more natural in the room.

Everything was protected properly and the glass arrived without damage. The 12-inch shade is a good scale for our table and does not crowd the surface. It does not look out of place with the rest of the room.

Beautiful glass

What I notice most is the quality of the glasswork and it feels thoughtfully designed. For us, the biggest improvement is the calm light it gives which feels right for our needs.

In our living room, the classic style looks natural rather than old-fashioned.

Unpacking took a little time, but the lamp was very well protected. The retro design works with our existing furniture without making the room feel themed. I checked the measurements beforehand, and the 8-inch size sits comfortably beside the other furniture.
